なつかしの・・・？
　２０年ほど前に日本でも放送していた、「わんぱくダックの夢冒険」、はたまた「ダックテイルズ」の長編映画です。この映画の主人公、スクルージ・マクダック（ドナルドダックの伯父）と三つ子のわんぱく坊主、ヒューイ・デューイ・ルーイ（ドナルドダックの甥）は、アメリカやヨーロッパではそこそこ有名で人気のあるキャラクターで、彼ら「ダック（あひる）」系のコミックは５０年以上にわたって各国で読まれ、親しまれています。
　映画を観ていて面白いのは、この映画の原作、元ネタであるコミックは、スティーブン・スピルバーグやジョージ・ルーカスにインスピレーションを与えていたという事実！そういえば、「インディー・ジョーンズ」のイメージは、まさにこの映画の雰囲気とそっくりです。

!　加えて、このスクルージのように金の亡者のキャラクターが映画の、しかもディズニー（！）の映画の主人公になっているなんて・・・・・・。なんだかミスマッチで、そこがまたとてもいいと思っています。
そして、「アラジン」より前に公開されているのに、ラストが同じ展開なのは、何かの因果でしょうか？考えることの多い映画です。

This is a pushy movie.
Even though Toshirô Mifune had been around years before, this was my first encounter with him. He plays a good counter personality to Charles Bronson. As I was saying, this is a pushy movie. Each character pushes the other to the brink. Gauche pushes Link who pushes Kuroda Jubie who pushes back and some where in there, among the Indians and others Cristina just gets pushed around.

I always think of this movie when I am watching "The Maltese Falcon" (1941) ASIN: 6305729328; The conversation between Sam Spade and Kasper Gutman where Sam insists that he can not be influence by the threat of death. If they killed him then they would not get the bird. Kasper says it takes a fine balance and not to push too hard, as there is no telling what a man may do in the heat of the moment and forget where his interests lie.

Well this film has a lot of heated moments and a lot of funny moments when the different cultures clash. This is definitely worth viewing.

ボンドの適役の設定が「メディア王」というところに、時代の変遷を感じます。冒頭の戦闘機による脱出シーン、BMWによるカーチェイス、バイクでのヘリコプターとの対決など、歴代ボンド作品の中でもアクションが際だつ作品であると思います。（これだけボンドカーが暴れ回った作品も珍しい！）

その他、ボンドガール役のミシェル・ヨーのアクション、レンタカー会社係員に扮した"Q"の演技など、役者の個性が光る作品でもあります。ストーリーの中で、ミシェル・ヨーがボンドと対等に活躍していくのが、過去のボンドガール像とは一線を画しており、新鮮でした。
