I was disappointed
I was disappointed in these cards for several reasons.
1) When I think of a flash card, I think of something much larger than what these are. These are a little smaller than playing cards.
2) Too much information is crammed on a card. I would like to see a large kanji only on one side and pertinent information on the other side, but the kanji is crowded with a lot of other information which makes it difficult to just concentrate on that kanji only. I find it very distracting for study purposes.
3) The kanji is too small. It is a little larger than 1/6 of the already tiny card. You find it in the upper left hand corner.
4) The cards are a bit flimsy. I would have preferred a larger, stiffer paper about the size of the box.
5) These are useless for a group study because they are too small, and they really are not the best for individual study.
I would not recommend them to anyone.

ふってあります。
例えば1番から80番は1年生で習う漢字と同じです。
カードの上半分に漢字が1文字、下半分にその漢字を使った熟語が
書いてあります。
フラッシュカードのようにも使えます。

Take them anywhere!
Take a few cards a day and carry them with you everywhere. Revise for a minute at a time, a few times a day until you remember the characters. You won't be able to forget them! These cards are an essential tool for studying Japanese. They are suitable for people of all levels of Japanese competency.
