I found that I was expecting more from this book than it had to offer. It gives basically the same information as books oriented for expecting mothers, just under different section names. They did try to add some of what the author thought a man might be going through, but I found it a bit too far from my situation to be helpful. That said though, if you are looking for a book that tells you what your partner is probably feeling and gives some tips for a new father, this is probably the one. None of the other books I read paid any attention to fathers even in the slightest, so it does help us guys feel a little more involved.
