The Perfect First-Time Visitors Guide
This book is small and compact and fits easily in your pocket or daypack. It has the main areas of inner-London divided into sections and each map has excellent detail. It is the perfect guide for a first-time visitor or someone who knows what they want to see and just needs a map of the streets and attractions.
Easy to use, this book is a blessing. We found it very useful as we already knew London, but needed a good map to help us get around. The map features some recommended sights, locations, restaurants, shops, galleries and cafes for each area.
If you're not wanting to spend a lot of money and you don't enjoy reading long-winded "History of the area" type sections of guidebooks, then this is for you!
I recommend it highly and will continue to use Knopf Mapguides in the future.
